Enterprise Engineering - Professional Services

Echelon 4 Corporation provides clients with professional enterprise engineering services through standard consultation engagements, including diagnostic, architecture and implementation activities.

These three activities (phases) provide an incremental and logical approach to the discovery and specification of an enterprise's value production processes, the design and prototyping of instrumentation and visualization services for these core processes, and the implementation of automatic controls to regulate the behaviors of value production.

Phase 1: Diagnostics - Understanding the Enterprise

The diagnostic phase of the engagement has three principal goals: 1) to assess the current structure and performance levels of the enterprise and its value production processes, 2) to discover executive management's command, communications, and control model, and 3) to identify the existing enterprise computing and communications resources.

Phase 2: Architecture, Designing & Specification of Enterprise C2

The architecture phase of an engagement establishes specifications for the function, dynamic structure, and operating performance requirements for controlling enterprise behavior, and develops a proposed design and functioning prototype of the Enterprise Bridge.

Phase 3: Implementation - Building the Enterprise Bridge

The implementation phase provides the system engineering, software development, systems integration, deployment, verification and validation, and commissioning activities required to fully implement the command, communications and control services of the Enterprise Bridge.
